God’s Absolute Authority Over Government Persecution

Why Does God Allow Gov’t Persecution?
1. So that His name might be proclaimed to Kings and those in authority.
2. For the salvation of the elect.
3. For the spiritual maturing of the saints.
4. For the future blessing of His people.
5. In order to strengthen and encourage all of the saints.
6. Ultimately, it is for His glory; for the sake of His name.
